A genuine candidate funded by the people to win election, will be indebted to serving them and not godfathers that bankrolled them for pay back from your
treasury. People's Mandate Movement(PMM) membership is free, but members would be required to donate an affordable amount ( for example N100.00/member )
to our endorsed candidate's campaign fund. We anticipate a minimum of 20 million members and each contributing N100.00 to our candidate will raise N2 billion for his campaign. We
also anticipate membership in the Diaspora, where the required donation will be $20.00 minimum. A conservative 200,000 Diaspora
membership will raise $4 million for the project. The candidate winning with the people's money will make him or her debt-free from political sponsors (godfathers) and gives him or her the strength to serve as "the people's servant".
Spread the news! Help rally Nigerians! Not thugs, not even guns can scare us this time around and steal our votes.
We urge all Nigerians, including students and the unemployed to help with our mobilization effort. Your hands, legs, eyes, handsets( cell phones ), digital cameras, Internet are your God given assets. We will show you how to deploy them
in reclaiming Nigeria. Let criminal politicians import arms for their thugs - all you need to offset and shame them out of office, are what you already legally possess - your hands, legs, eyes, handsets( cell phones ), digital cameras, Internet etc. We will show you

We do not have any doubt that this project will work, because it is so people oriented that only those benefiting from the current status quo
will reject it. If the people raises money for a candidate to win the election, that enables the candidate to serve them without
indebtedness to political sponsors that would tie his hands in government.
PMM's deterrence measures against electoral fraud and rigging will include strategies on maximizing votes and proof of PMM members votes cast.
If for example 10 million of our candidates voted for our candidate, INEC can not assign a lower figure to him because we will be able
to produce a list of our members that voted.

different professions have been registering as PMVs( People's Mandate Volunteers ). PMVs will assist in the running of our
structure and program in the countries of their residence.

PMM Mission -
To organize Nigerians through grassroot mobilization and information dissemination in knowing and utilizing their
citizen rights in bringing about transparency and good governance that will yield dividends of democracy and
general well being of the nation through people's motivated polity.
PMM Mandates -
Mandates of People's Mandate Movement(PMM) will be defined and pursued from time to time as the need may arise.
The mandate for now is the electoral reclamation of Nigeria through a methodology that will:-
(1). Mobilize and organize Nigerians so that they can channel their votes in the forthcoming 2011 general elections
to the best candidates that will serve the nation and not their selfish interests.
(2). Deploy necessary means and technology that can serve as deterrence to electoral fraud and rigging.
(3). In the case of electoral fraud and rigging, validify evidence of such to the international community and
Nigerian election tribunals or courts if such tribunals/courts are adjudged untainted.
(4). Involve sustained and robust issue-based voter education before and after elections, for sustenance of democracy, challenge to tyranny, dictatorship, undemocracy and
protection of people's mandate expressed by the ballot and referendums.
PMM is Solution To Nigeria's Ills -
People's Mandate Movement(PMM) mission can presently easily be quantified as the only solution to Nigeria's ills. PMM's planned electoral revolution( The People's Campaign ) is based on over 20 years planning and development backed with competent hands and state-of-the-arts information technology.
